Germany – Installation of doors and windows and related components – Neubau Feuerwehrhaus der Stadt Rietberg - Türen, Zargen, Feuerschutztüren

Within the scope of this service, all internal, steel and fire doors, including the associated steel frames, are to be supplied and installed ready for operation. The scope of services includes the creation and coordination of a complete door list, the supply and installation of steel frames for masonry and drywall constructions, as well as the execution of internal doors with high-stress HPL-coated solid core door leaves for office, rest and functional areas. In total, more than 25 internal door systems of various dimensions as well as several single and double-leaf steel doors will be executed. In addition, five T30 fire doors with steel frames and HPL surfaces as well as further fire-resistant and smoke-tight steel fire doors as approved complete systems are to be supplied and installed. The doors will be equipped with high-quality stainless steel fittings, overhead door closers, sound insulation, smoke protection and panic functions according to the respective requirements. Additionally, various special equipment such as wet and damp room versions, lowerable floor seals, glass cut-outs, WC signage and door closing systems are to be provided. The tender also includes the annual inspection and maintenance of all fire doors during the four-year warranty period, including documentation and test protocols.
