Poland – Environmental engineering consultancy services – Działania z zakresu ochrony czynnej w rezerwatach przyrody - wykaszanie łąk - w ramach realizacji projektu pn.: Wdrażanie działań z zakresu ochrony czynnej na obszarach Natura 2000 (DOC)

The order includes the performance of active protection measures involving the mowing of surfaces and the removal of tree and shrub stumps, including the removal of biomass generated during the works. The protective measures will be carried out on areas located within the boundaries of nature reserves: 1) "Łęg Korea" (0.32 ha) - also located in the Natura 2000 area Łęgi Odrzańskie (PLC020002), 2) "Wąwóz Siedmicki" (1.53 ha) - also located in the Natura 2000 area Góry i Pogórze Kaczawskie (PLH020037), 3) "Brzeźnik" (0.93 ha) - also located in the Natura 2000 area Dolina Dolnej Kwisy (PLH020050). 2. The order specifically includes: 1) a meeting with a representative of the Contracting Authority at the site of the works to indicate the areas designated for mowing, 2) mowing of meadow surfaces in accordance with the detailed scope of work, 3) removal of biomass generated during the works and its disposal in accordance with the law, 4) clearing the site. 3. The subject of the order is described in Annex 1 to the specification. 4. The Contracting Authority foresees the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the completed subject of the order. A detailed description of the contractual conditions is included in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the specification. 5. The Contracting Authority specifies the activities, within the scope of the order, requiring employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, based on an employment contract, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 - activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order (mowing). A detailed description of the method of documenting employment based on an employment contract, the rights of the Contracting Authority, and the penalties for non-employment based on an employment contract is included in the annex to the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the specification.
