Estimated net amount for the total duration of the contract: 245,581,640.00 Euros net. The thresholds are expressed in quantity within the tender documents. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The tender is issued by the Centre Hospitalier de PAU, the lead establishment of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire Béarn and Soule, on behalf of the following establishments: CH de Pau, CH d'Oloron. Each establishment of the GHT reserves the right to order during the contract, references listed for which it would not have mentioned any need in the BPU. In this case, no amendment will be necessary.
