The supply of an integration platform that connects applications and data. The platform links internal systems (such as, among others, case management system, ERP), external registers (BRP, KvK) and the provincial data platform (Databricks). This also includes the transition and implementation from the current to the new integration platform. As a reference framework, the province uses an API-led architectural approach (system API’s, process API’s and experience API’s). Integrations are exposed in layers: from source systems via business logic to consuming applications. The province then develops and defines the connections independently. The platform must therefore be accessible to developers, architects and functional managers. The contract is not divided into lots, as the integration platform and the associated services and additional contracts form a strongly cohesive whole. Development, management and further development are closely interwoven and have interdependencies. Splitting would lead to extra coordination, increased complexity and fragmentation of responsibilities, with risks to the continuity and performance of the platform. To ensure clear governance and integral responsibility, it is not considered proportionate to divide the contract into lots.
