Germany – Construction project management services – Nordmainische S-Bahn, Projektsteuerungsleistungen inkl. LEAN, losweise Vergabe

The Nordmainische S-Bahn (NMS) project involves the construction of a new electrified double-track S-Bahn line from Frankfurt via Maintal to Hanau. The new S-Bahn will be integrated underground via a tunnel from Frankfurt Ost to Frankfurt-Konstablerwache station. External project management is required for this project. The main tasks involved are:

- Coordination, control and review of planning/construction

- Organisational planning, project organisation, planning of project processes

- Information management: set up, introduce, implement, update, distribute

- Document management

- Schedule planning/control, target/actual comparisons

The project management services will be divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Tunnel area

Lot 2: Open section (above ground)
