The subject of the tender is the identification of the Economic Operator to whom the extension – pursuant to Article 26 of Regional Law 54/56 – of the mining concession conventionally named “Etna – Cavagrande” will be awarded. The concession is located in the municipalities of Sant’Alfio (CT) and Milo (CT) for the exploitation of the mineral water deposit emerging from a natural spring, the flow of which has been appropriately confined within the gallery conventionally named “Etna Cavagrande”, owned by the company Garaffo e Scilio S.p.A., located in the municipality of Milo (CT).
