The subject of the order is: Part 1 - The provision of physical security services for persons and property of military objects, implemented in the form of: Task No. 1.1. – continuous, direct physical protection of areas, objects, devices constituting their equipment and other property, carried out by armed, uniformed and qualified physical security personnel in military facilities/military complexes in the following locations: - Rzeszów (34. WOG - ul. Krakowska 11b, 21 blog - ul. Langiewicza 4, 21 BSP - ul. Hoffmanowej 10, WCR - ul. Konopnickiej 5), - Trzcianiec (21 BSP OSG Trzcianiec), - Łomna (20 PBOP Łomna), - Rajskie (21 BSP Rajskie) and the management of an armed intervention post with an external intervention group for the aforementioned military objects/complexes. - Rzeszów (21 BSP - ul. Hoffmanowej 10, WCR - ul. Konopnickiej 5), Task No. 1.2. – escorting cash and medical valuables for 34. WOG in Rzeszów; Task No. 1.3. – technical security involving the installation of electronic devices by the Contractor supporting the protection of objects and their operation, maintenance and repair in the places of their installation by qualified technical security personnel – excluding Łomna (20 PBOP Łomna) Part 2 – The provision of physical security services for persons and property of military objects, implemented in the form of: Task No. 2.1. – continuous, direct physical protection of areas, objects, devices constituting their equipment and other property, carried out by armed, uniformed and qualified physical security personnel in military facilities/complexes in the following locations: - Rzeszów (3 PBOT - ul. Lwowska 4, 3 PBOT GOS Staroniwa, 21 bdow - ul. Dąbrowskiego 22), - Dębica (3 PBOT - ul. Kościuszki 36A), - Sanok (WCR / 20 PBOP - ul. Przemyska 1, 20 PBOP - ul. Witkiewicza), - Wysoka Głogowska (3 brt Sandomierz), - Nisko (WCR - ul. Kościuszki 2), - Jasło (WCR - ul. Kościuszki 24) and the management of an armed intervention post with an external intervention group for the aforementioned military objects/complexes – excluding Rzeszów (21 bdow - ul. Dąbrowskiego 22), Dębica (3 PBOT - ul. Kościuszki 36A), Task No. 2.2. – monitoring alarms through a remote monitoring centre for: - Nisko (WCR - ul. Kościuszki 2), Jasło (WCR - ul. Kościuszki 24). Task No. 2.3. – technical security involving the installation of electronic devices by the Contractor supporting the protection of objects and their operation, maintenance and repair in the places of their installation by qualified technical security personnel. Part 3 – The provision of physical security services for persons and property of military objects, implemented in the form of: Task No. 3.1. – continuous, direct physical protection of areas, objects, devices constituting their equipment and other property, carried out by armed, uniformed and qualified physical security personnel in military facilities/military complexes in the following locations: - Przemyśl (20 PBOP - ul. Okrzei 3, 20 PBOP - ul. Rolnicza, 20 PBOP - ul. Słowackiego), - Jarosław (WCR/20 PBOP - ul. Głęboka 4, 14 das - ul. 3 Maja 80, 34 WOG - ul. Poniatowskiego 49A), - Pikulice (1 bcz PCT Optyń), - Siedliska (2 objects: Centre for Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare Support and 2 ORel), - Lesko (20 PBOP - ul. Kościuszki) and the management of an armed intervention post with an external intervention group for the aforementioned military objects/complexes – excluding Przemyśl (20 PBOP - ul. Okrzei 3, 20 PBOP - ul. Rolnicza), Jarosław (WCR/20 PBOP - ul. Głęboka 4, 14 das - ul. 3 Maja 80). Task No. 3.2. – monitoring alarms through a remote monitoring centre for: - Jarosław: 34 WOG, ul. Poniatowskiego 49A, Task No. 3.3. – technical security involving the installation of electronic devices by the Contractor supporting the protection of objects and their operation, maintenance and repair in the places of their installation by qualified technical security personnel. II. Protective tasks by the aforementioned formations will also be carried out after the announcement of mobilisation, the introduction of a state of war or during war. III. The subject of the order will be implemented in the form of: 1) Continuous, direct physical protection of areas, objects, devices constituting their equipment and other property, carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property and other executive acts applicable in this scope by armed, uniformed and qualified physical security personnel in military facilities/complexes, as mentioned in clause 1 above. 2) Technical security involving the installation of electronic devices by the Contractor supporting the protection of objects and their operation, maintenance and repair in the places of their installation by qualified technical security personnel. 3) Transferring persons apprehended during the performance of protective tasks to military law enforcement authorities (hereinafter referred to as: WOP), Military Police (hereinafter referred to as: ŻW) or Police. 4) Cooperation with WOP, ŻW, Police, internal services on the principles set out in the “extract from the Protection Plan” and the “Protection Instructions” of the given military complex. 5) Performing other tasks specified in detail in the Subject Description, which will be received by the Contractors admitted to participate in the procedure (invitation to the second stage of the procedure). IV. The Purchaser envisages and the Contractor agrees to the right of option. V. The Contractor has the obligation to monitor the content of: a) recommendations regarding the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), as mentioned in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system; b) decisions to recognise as a high-risk supplier, as mentioned in Article 67b(15-17) of the aforementioned Act - and to replace devices or parts with those that are not subject to the recommendation or
