Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The multi-brand cards will allow for the supply of vehicles with generally available fuels at service stations such as diesel B07, unleaded petrol E05 and E10, LPG, Adblue and access to electric charging stations as well as access to services associated with the card such as washes at car washes, motorway tolls, parking in above-ground and underground car parks for all the services of the Tours Metropolitan Area on the French territory and for the Mobility Syndicate. The contractor provides a computerized tool for managing cards and monitoring fuel consumption and associated services. The proposed site must allow for daily management of transactions.
