Description

1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Art. 38 of the Pzp Act), with the authorized Contracting Authority – Group Leader being the Municipality of Brodnica. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 3. CPV Code: 09300000-2 - Electrical, thermal, solar and nuclear energy 09310000-5 – Electricity 4. The contract will be awarded in two parts. The contractor may submit a bid for any number of parts 1) Part 1 of the contract – Supply of electrical energy to premises and facilities 2) Part 2 of the contract – Supply of electrical energy for street lighting. Detailed description of the individual parts of the contract is in Chapter III.1, III.2. 5. Data on the quantity of electrical energy to be purchased is indicative. The quantity of electrical energy has been estimated based on historical data on electricity consumption over a 12-month period, taking into account projected changes in use and actions taken by the contracting authorities, as mentioned in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, and the estimated quantity of electrical energy generated in generating installations. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. A decrease or increase in the quantity of electricity will not have any consequences for the contracting authorities (consumers), except for the need to pay for the actual quantity of electricity consumed. The indicated estimated quantity is the quantity that the contracting authorities intend to purchase after taking into account the quantity of electricity produced in-house and consumed as self-consumption. 6. Quality standards 1) The subject of the contract are supplies of electrical energy with specified quality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations. 2) The quality standards of electrical energy are described in the Pe Act and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025 item 919 with later amendments). 3) The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024 item 904 with later amendments). 7.
