The subject of the contract is the award of framework agreements, on the basis of which partial orders will be placed for the construction of culverts, and the removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the Water Inspectorates in: Biłgoraj, Janów Lubelski, Kolbuszowa, Leżajsk, Stalowa Wola and Tarnobrzeg. The procedure "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Stalowa Wola Basin Authority" has been divided into 6 parts. The contract consists of the following parts: Part 1. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Biłgoraj" Part 2. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Janów Lubelski" Part 3. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Kolbuszowa" Part 4. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Leżajsk" Part 5. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Stalowa Wola" Part 6. "Construction of culverts, removal of dams and backwaters in the area of the activity of the Water Inspectorate Tarnobrzeg" The purpose of this procedure is to award framework agreements with a maximum of ten contractors for each part. These agreements aim to establish the conditions for placing partial orders, which may be executed within 3 years from the date of the framework agreement. The indicated quantities (measure) in the "Framework Estimates" are of an indicative nature. In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement does not constitute an obligation of the Contracting Authority to place any future orders on its basis. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract for a given part of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – Technical Documentation. The individual partial orders will involve the execution of works specified, inter alia, in the Technical Documentation.
