3.2. The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of waste from the area of the Municipality of Tuchów and the creation and management of a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in 3 parts: 3.2.1. Part 1 – Collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties in the Municipality of Tuchów and from PSZOK in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 3.2.2. Part 2 – Collection and disposal of municipal waste from uninhabited buildings, owned by the Municipality of Tuchów, and from public utility areas of the City and Municipality of Tuchów in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, along with additional options: service of illegal dumps, World Cleanup Day actions organised in the Municipality of Tuchów, and collection of medical waste. 3.2.3. Part 3 – Creation and management of a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
