The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an in vivo Cerenkov radiation imaging system for the Katowice Oncology Centre, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. 2. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and clinical implementation of a Cerenkov radiation imaging system, enabling real-time monitoring of the administered dose and patient positioning control during radiotherapy. The system allows for the visualization of the beam distribution on the patient's body, verification of the correct use of boluses and other accessories, and archiving of the video recording of each therapeutic session. The device integrated with the SGRT system will be used in AOS, which will increase the safety and throughput of services. 3. The technical-functional parameters of the equipment are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The order also includes: 1) Delivery of the system (hereinafter in the SWZ equipment) to the destination, 2) installation and commissioning, 3) connection of the delivered equipment along with integration with SGRT and accelerators in the possession of the Purchaser, 4) Ensuring the compatibility of the system with medical documentation and DICOM standards. 5) Providing clinical updates in accordance with new AAPM and IEC guidelines. 6) Training of personnel in the operation of the system, interpretation of Cerenkov images and reporting of results. 7) Transfer of medical equipment for use along with all necessary certificates, certificates, software and perpetual licenses for the software, 8) 24-month warranty counted from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Purchaser and the Contractor of the "Final Acceptance Protocol of the Subject of the Order". 9) 36-month post-warranty service counted from the day following the day of completion of the warranty period. The task will be carried out within the framework of the Project co-financed from the funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027, No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for the infrastructure of the resident, Action.08.06 Health protection infrastructure (type of project II). The Purchaser reserves the right to invalidate the procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019 on Public Procurement, if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted to him.
