Germany – Construction work – PSA Profischule Campus - Haus A - Holzbau- und Fassadenarbeiten

The Profilschule, together with the canteen and the sports hall and facilities, forms the school centre. It was built between 1963 and 1971, expanded several times, and used for a long time by a Realschule. With the closure of the Realschule on 31.7.2016, the new school type (Profilschule) has been using the former buildings. To concentrate the Profilschule location in Ascheberg, the former Hauptschule in Herben will be abandoned. For this, the existing buildings must be expanded, renovated and refurbished. The new location will consist of three buildings (Building A (2), Building B (3) and Building C (1)) plus an auxiliary building of light construction. Building A (2) will be a refurbished existing building upon completion of the measure, Building C (1) and Building B (3) will each be a new building.
