Description

1) The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of computer hardware and peripherals for Politechnika Morskiej w Szczecinie as part of the investment task: "Expansion and modernisation of the laboratory base of Politechnika Morskiej w Szczecinie”. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1a to SWZ and Annexes A-Z. All the requirements specified in the above documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp. 3) Nomenclature according to CPV: Task No. 1 30213000-5 - Personal computers 30231300-0 - Computer monitors 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 2 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 3 30213000-5 - Personal computers 30231300-0 - Computer monitors 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 4 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 5 48820000-2 - Servers 30213000-5 - Personal computers 30231300-0 - Computer monitors 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 6 30213000-5 - Personal computers 30213100-6 - Portable computers 30231300-0 - Computer monitors 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment Task No. 7 30231300-0 - Computer monitors 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment 4) Any brand names (trademarks) indicated by the Purchaser are for illustrative purposes only, and their indication is intended to specify the expected standard, while the Purchaser allows for the submission of equivalent offers within the scope of the prepared description of the subject of the contract. 5) The subject of the contract has been specified by indicating objective technical and quality characteristics and standards, for which the indication of example trademarks is allowed. 6) In cases where the Purchaser refers in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp, equivalent solutions to those described are allowed. 7) The Purchaser requires that the subject of the contract be factory new, free of technical and legal defects, of good quality, approved for sale, packaged in the original packaging for the given product, equipped with labels identifying the given product, specifying its technical, quality, functional and operational parameters. The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and the origin (manufacturer). 8) The Purchaser allows for the submission of partial offers, i.e. for each of the 7 tasks separately: Task No. 1 – computer set Task No. 2 – 3D printer Task No. 3 – computer sets, multifunctional device, interactive monitor Task No. 4 – 3D printer and 3D scanner Task No. 5 – virtualisation server, computer sets Task No. 6 – desktop computer, computer monitors, portable computer Task No. 7 – computer monitors 9) The Purchaser allows for supplies or services to come from countries other than EU Member States, and other than countries that are parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement or parties to other international agreements guaranteeing, on a reciprocal and equal basis, access to the public procurement market, of which the EU is a party, hereinafter referred to as “third countries not parties to international agreements”.
