Czechia – Heavy-duty motor vehicles – Nákladní vozidlo s rukou a přívěsem

The subject of the public contract is divided into basic delivery, service and options:

1) Basic Delivery

• Delivery of a four-axle truck with a crane and a trailer

2) Service

• Vehicle service (does not include the body, crane and trailer)

3) Options (reserved change of obligation according to §100 para. 1 of the law)

• Delivery of a single-axle (tandem) trailer (hereinafter also referred to as the “trailer”) (the vehicle and trailer together also referred to as the “tractor-trailer”)

Ad1) Basic Delivery

The subject of the basic delivery is:

• Delivery of a four-axle truck with a box body for transporting 20.5 tonnes of cargo, with a towing device and a hydraulic loading crane (hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle with crane”), whereby the delivered vehicle with crane must meet all the required specifications and technical parameters, which are described in more detail in Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Ensuring the registration of the vehicle with crane in the vehicle register, delivery of ORV, COC certificates and other documentation – see Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions) for more details.

• Delivery of the Protocol on the control weighing of the vehicle with crane – see Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions) for more details.

• Training of the vehicle and crane (crane) operators

Ad2) Service

The subject of the service is:

• Provision of maintenance services for the vehicle, whereby the required maintenance services are described in more detail in Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

Ad3) Options (reserved change of obligation according to § 100 para. 1 of the law)

The subject of the option is:

• Delivery of a single-axle trailer suitable for transporting at least 4.5 tonnes of cargo, whereby the trailer itself and the entire tractor-trailer (the above-mentioned vehicle with crane + trailer) must meet all the required specifications and technical parameters, which are described in more detail in Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Delivery of the Protocol on the control weighing of the tractor-trailer – see Chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions) for more details.

• Training of the trailer operators

The conditions for the application of the option are set out in Chapter 10, Section 10.1 of the tender documentation.
