Quality and safety supervision during the construction of the network includes the implementation of construction phase quality supervision according to a separate quality supervision plan. Quality supervision includes the inspection of significant work phases recorded in the quality supervision plan, such as the inspection of the foundations of transformer substations, excavations, cable terminations and extensions. Safety supervision includes, for example, the implementation of safety observations on the construction site and the implementation or inspection of MVRS measurements made by the contractor, the inspection of the compliance of installations and materials used with standards and instructions, and the implementation of good installation practices. The Supplier must prepare corrective actions based on the observations of the on-site supervision and communicate them to the contractor responsible for the construction work and to the Contracting Authority. Supervision also includes monitoring the implementation of corrective actions. The quality and safety assurance service for the construction of the distribution network (construction phase inspection) must be started within one (1) week of the order for the inspection work. The inspection of the distribution network put into use must be started within two (2) weeks of the order for the inspection work. The estimated scope of the quality and safety assurance services for the construction of the distribution network is presented in the criteria of the procurement object.
