Netherlands – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to roads and other equipment – Raamovereenkomst Dagelijks Onderhoud Kunstwerken 2027-2028

The municipality of Gouda has awarded the daily maintenance of civil engineering works through a framework agreement. To maintain and clean these works in the coming years, the contract ‘Framework Agreement for Daily Maintenance of Works of Art 2027–2028’ is being tendered. The works mainly consist of restoring the safety, functionality, sustainability and visual quality of civil engineering works. This includes, among other things, local repair work, conservation work, cleaning and the hydroblasting of divers. In addition, the contract includes the implementation of traffic measures, the procurement of necessary permits, the execution of inspections in accordance with CUR 117, the measurement of divers and the handling of reports and damages. The works are provided through separate sub-contracts. The framework agreement has an initial duration of 2 years, with the possibility of unilaterally extending the agreement a maximum of two times by one year. See the tender documents.
