The building requires general maintenance, and the client wishes the following works to be designed and subsequently tendered as a main contract. The task includes but is not limited to the following:

Expansion of the foyer by approximately 85 m2.

Refurbishment, expansion, renovation, and fitting out of the entire foyer.

Roof renovation and mould remediation of all roof surfaces.

Establishment of a solar panel system on the roof.

Establishment of an underfloor heating system for the new foyer, including heated mats in the entrances.

Establishment of radiant heating in Room A, including a mixing loop.

Replacement of 1 ventilation system for Room A, including a mixing loop.

Establishment of a new ventilation system for the foyer, including a mixing loop.

Refurbishment and expansion of the existing CTS system for 2 ventilation systems for the foyer and Room A, respectively, as well as for the radiant heating system in Room A and the heated mats in the foyer.

Demolition of the existing balcony in Room A

Establishment of a new telescopic stand with a minimum of 400 seats in Room A

Establishment of anchor points in Room A with a view to being able to perform aerial acrobatic shows

Development of a fire strategy for the entire building.

Replacement of 4 emergency exit doors from Room A and adjacent rooms.
