Pier 38 s.r.l. (with application prot. AdSP no. 60399 of 02.12.2025) has requested, pursuant to Article 24, second paragraph, first sentence of the Nav. Code Reg., a variation of formal act no. 79/24, for the closure (by glazing) of a portion of the structure (218 sq.m.) authorised thereto, located at Molo Trapezoidale, to place tables and chairs for the supply of food and beverages, within the activity carried out by the concessionaire. This notice is published for 30 consecutive solar days in GURI no. 56 of 16.05.2026, in the OJEU, on the Bulletin Board of the Municipality of Palermo and on the online Bulletin Board of this Authority (www.adsppalermo.it). IT IS NOTIFIED THAT all those who may have an interest may submit, within the deadline of 30 days from the date of publication in the GURI, observations and/or oppositions and/or competing applications, in accordance with the internal regulation for the use of maritime public domain areas, warning that after the expiry of the set deadline, the higher procedures will be initiated.
