Czechia – Cleaning services – DNS – úklidové služby parkovací objekty

The subject of the contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS). DNS is essentially a market for a certain circle of the contracting authority's needs, which is always accessible to new suppliers who must prove their eligibility – qualification. DNS is a fully electronic (i.e. operated exclusively by means of an electronic tool), open system for the award of public contracts. The aim of introducing DNS is to have a circle of Suppliers who will be able to fulfil the subject of individual public contracts in the introduced DNS in response to the contracting authority's current needs. Individual public contracts awarded in the introduced DNS will ensure, by a flexible and less administratively demanding process, services of regular and extraordinary cleaning of the internal and external spaces of parking facilities, in particular mechanical and manual cleaning of parking and communication areas, staircases, elevators, WC, service facilities, cleaning of horizontal and vertical structures, services for parking, or possibly other facilities. The introduction of DNS in no way obliges the contracting authority to use it. DNS is not divided into categories according to § 138 para. 1 ZZVZ. The award of individual public contracts in DNS is governed in particular by the provisions of §141 ZZVZ. The subject of the fulfilment of individual public contracts awarded in the introduced DNS will be cleaning services for parking, or possibly other facilities in the territory of the capital city of Prague. The contracting authority expects to conclude individual contracts with the following basic requirements: • Cleaning of internal and external spaces of parking facilities • Ensuring mechanical cleaning of parking and service areas • Ensuring mechanical cleaning of snow and salting of parking and service areas • Ensuring sweeping of parking and service areas (mechanically or manually) • Ensuring wet mopping of floors • Dusting • Removal of cobwebs • Washing glass inserts • Cleaning staircases • Cleaning elevator cabins • Cleaning public and non-public WC • Cleaning office spaces – service facilities • Cleaning horizontal and vertical structures • Luxation and beating of carpets • Collection of waste • Emptying bins The subject of individual contracts may be any list of the requested activities. The subject of the fulfilment of individual public contracts awarded in the introduced DNS, including technical, commercial and payment conditions and parameters, will be precisely defined in each case within the framework of the individual Invitations to Tender in accordance with § 141 ZZVZ.
