The previous agreement for the execution of soil surveys has now expired. The Municipality of Waalwijk intends to conclude a new multi-year framework agreement for environmental and civil engineering soil services to ensure the continuity thereof. The total estimated contract value over 4 years, based on the above description, amounts to approximately €800,000 (exclusive of VAT). This is merely an indication, and no rights can be derived from it. The maximum contract value of the present framework agreement amounts to €1,000,000 (exclusive of VAT). If the total expenditure exceeds this amount, the framework agreement will end by operation of law, regardless of any remaining term of the agreement.
