Slovakia – Electricity – Dodávka elektrickej energie pre vodárenské spoločnosti

The subject of the contract, which is a one-off joint public procurement pursuant to § 91 of the Act on the VO and § 66, paragraph 7, letter b) of the Act on Public Procurement, is the supply of electrical energy, the provision of distribution, and the assumption of responsibility for deviations for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 for the delivery points, which are attached to the tender documents. The estimated electricity consumption for the entire period is 260 515 MWh. This is a single, indivisible whole. The tenderer will submit an offer for the entire subject of the contract.
