The contract is for the provision of various solutions to enable the following:

• Generate leads and identify international companies by identifying:

o foreign companies internationally and in France with an ability to internationalise or reinvest;

o exhibitors at major international trade fairs;

o innovative start-ups able to engage with major Paris region companies as part of an open innovation programme.

• Monitor and analyse the global flow of foreign investment for prospecting, benchmarking and influence activities (strategy, studies, etc.), and communication;

• Position the Île-de-France region in relation to its European or global competitors, particularly in terms of:

o implantation costs (wages, real estate, logistics, taxation, education, etc.);

o qualitative elements (sectors, jobs, attractiveness, etc.);

• Identify fundraisings, investors (venture capital, pension funds, etc.) and start-ups.
