AdSP n. 17024/2026, has requested the grant of the maritime demanial concession, for a portion (60 sq.m.) of the building located on the ground floor of the "Stella Maris" building, to be used as an Operational Centre (Centro Stella) and offices of the adjacent "Amari" car park, for a period of seven years; that the company Immobiliare Sicindustria srl, with application ref. AdSP n. 30365/2026, has requested the grant of the concession for the use of the entire premises, 273 sq.m. located on the ground floor of the "Stella Maris" building to be used for the establishment of an Innovation hub, named PPGates, for a period of twelve years; that the company Stradaai srl has requested the grant of the concession for the use of the entire premises, 273 sq.m. located on the ground floor of the "Stella Maris" building to be used for offices/training centre, within the framework of the "Drone Port" project, for a period of five years.
