Poland – Mobile-telephone services – „Zakup aktywacji usług telekomunikacyjnych komórkowych wraz z dostawą kart SIM oraz aktywacji usług transmisji danych wraz z dostawą kart SIM dla jednostek organizacyjnych Policji”.

The subject of the contract is: Purchase of activation of mobile telecommunication services along with the supply of SIM cards and activation of data transmission services along with the supply of SIM cards for the organisational units of Police 1. The subject of the contract has been detailed in the Annexes to the SWZ: contract project and subject of the contract description. Additional requirements: The Buyer requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, whether as main elements, or as components, service environment elements or ancillary solutions, does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1560) stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; - an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in the rejection of the offer, accordingly, on the basis of Article 226(1) point 17 or point 19 of the Pzp Act.
