Contract for the replacement of an existing cooling installation at Campus Merestraat, 9300 Aalst

Included in the contract:

1/ Work on existing installations, including safe decommissioning, draining, protecting and recommissioning

2/ Steel pipes for heating and chilled water, including welding, hangers, expansion provisions, routing and supports

3/ Valve work and control devices (shut-off valves, butterfly valves, control valves, check valves, tapping valves), fully accessible, replaceable and insulated

4/ Automatic venting of the installations

5/ Thermal and vapour-tight insulation of all pipes, valve work and equipment, including water- and UV-resistant finish for outdoor applications

6/ Heating cables for frost protection of pipes, including control, electrical supply and GBS alarm

7/ Air-cooled water chiller with frequency-controlled screw compressors, including delivery, installation, start-up, testing and full integration with the Siemens GBS

8/ Sockets and metal structures, including vibration and sound damping

9/ Testing, inspections and adjustments, including tightness tests, hydraulic adjustment and functional testing

10/ Identification and labelling of equipment, pipes and electrical cabling

11/ As-built and PID documentation, to be delivered digitally at interim handover

12/ Cleaning of all installed equipment
