Netherlands – Statutory audit services – Accountantsdiensten Fonds Podiumkunsten

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a contract with one accounting firm for the provision of accounting services for Fonds Podiumkunsten. The contract will be entered into for a period of four years, starting with the fiscal year 2027. This means that the contract is valid for the fiscal years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030. The contract ends by operation of law. If both parties are satisfied with the progress of the work, the contract may be extended tacitly for a period of two years, up to a maximum of two times. The accounting services include the audit of the annual accounts, the provision of an audit certificate to the Supervisory Board and the issuance of a findings report. The usual advisory tasks for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board are also part of the accounting services.
