Romania – Miscellaneous evaluation or testing instruments – Echipamente pentru caracterizare fizico-chimica Lotul 1: “Echipament de Spectroscopie Fotoelectronică” Lotul 2: “Echipament de microscopie Raman confocală”

LOT 1: “Photoelectron Spectroscopy Equipment” The equipment will be used for the physico-chemical characterization of thin layers and interfaces, through the analysis of the elemental composition and chemical states of semiconductor, oxide, or other materials. It will allow the investigation of surface and interface properties of micro- and nano-electronic structures, for research-development and prototyping applications in the field of advanced materials and semiconductor technologies. LOT 2: “Confocal Raman Microscopy Equipment” The equipment will be used for the physico-chemical characterization of micro- and nanomaterials, through Raman analysis and imaging of semiconductor materials, thin layers, nanomaterials, polymers, and micro-fabricated structures. It will allow the identification of chemical composition, crystalline structure, and spatial distribution of materials, with high spatial resolution, for research-development and prototyping applications in the field of advanced materials, micro- and nano-electronics. The equipment will be provided with a computerised control system, computer, and dedicated software. Although both equipment types are intended for the characterization of advanced materials, they use different physical principles, have distinct technical configurations, complementary functionalities, and meet different experimental needs. The equipment types are not interchangeable and cannot be combined into a single lot without affecting the technical and functional objectives pursued by the project, as well as without unjustifiably restricting competition among economic operators specialised in each category of equipment. The terms in which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/information requested by interested economic operators: by the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications may be requested, before the deadline for the submission of tenders is 18 days.
