Poland – Angiography devices – Zakup i dostawa ANGIOGRAFÓW z wyposażeniem – 3 kpl. w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia pn. „Wyposażenie Zintegrowanego Bloku Operacyjnego w Wojewódzki, Szpitalu Zespolonym w Kielcach”

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation, and commissioning of an angiograph along with dedicated equipment and software, as well as the training of the contracting authority's staff. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the following stages: Stage I – delivery and assembly by the Contractor of the Device along with the equipment. Stage II – cooperation by the Contractor with the Contracting Authority to obtain all necessary acceptances, opinions, agreements, and permits, including in particular those resulting from building, sanitary, radiological protection regulations, and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Contracting Authority expects to obtain a positive decision allowing the use of the Operating Room and the Device, and then, after obtaining the relevant decision, to commission the device. Stage III – implementation of specialist training for the designated staff of the Contracting Authority and the performance of obligations arising from the warranty and guarantee on the device.
