Part of the tender are construction services for 3 compressor halls with subsequent EMSR control room (FU room), and associated parking space for the transformer and foundation for the cooler, and a separate EMSR building (EMSR filter). In addition to the construction services, planning services are also requested, see separate title and individual positions. The works for heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and external facilities are not or only partially included in the offer. The exact description of the scope of services can be found in the descriptions of the sections Technical Building Equipment and External Facilities. The bidder must calculate his offer in such a way that it includes the complete planning and construction services as well as the necessary ancillary services for the timely and functional completion. In case of discrepancies between the documents provided, clarification is required before submission of the offer and must be recorded.
