The generative AI platform to be procured shall digitally support administrative activities in everyday tasks, knowledge management and communication, without transferring decision-making responsibility to AI systems. All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the competent specialist. This involves processing general personal data, case-related personal data, and special categories of personal data in accordance with Article 9 GDPR, in particular health data. The total number of user licenses under this framework agreement – including the district and all participating municipalities – is a maximum of 2,500. Once this limit is reached, no further calls will be permitted.
