France – Benefit services – Marché d’accueil, d’embarquement et de Visite Avant Expédition (VAE) en gares de Barcelone Sants, Gérone et Figueras

The subject of the present contract is the performance of the following tasks:

• Setting up a customer reception, boarding and orientation service for TGV INOUI customers departing from Barcelona Sants, Girona and Figueres stations;

• Assisting TGV INOUI passengers in case of incidents and/or disruptions at Barcelona Sants, Girona and Figueres stations;

• Visual inspection of the interior of the train, known as VAE, after all passengers have disembarked at Barcelona station and management of baggage or items left on board.
