Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. we Włocławku w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy to the objects belonging to the Contracting Authority with a total estimated volume of 11,800.00 MWh for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024 item 266 as amended) – hereinafter referred to as the PE, of which: Zone I – 3,258.00 MWh Zone II – 1,230.00 MWh Zone III – 7,312.00 MWh, however, in Zone I, the tariffs are settled on a daily basis, as detailed in the price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The list of intake points is Annex 6 to the SWZ.
