Development BG Dietenbach: Distribution network. Excavation and pipeline construction for district heating and drinking water pipes as well as earthworks (works for third parties) In Freiburg Dietenbach, a new district is being created for approximately 16,000 people. It is currently one of the largest new development areas in Germany. As part of the development measures, pipeline work for district heating and drinking water must be carried out. The distribution network section connects to the already built section of the central axis. The distribution network includes all residential streets of the first construction phase between Dietenbachaue in the northeast, Straße zum Tiergehege in the northwest, Käserbachpark in the southwest and the central axis in the southeast. The connection to Mundenhof is also included. The Stichboulevard Nord, where the city tram will also run in the future, from the marketplace to Straße zum Tiergehege, is not included. To ensure sufficient pipe coverage, a layer of frost-resistant delivery material (frost protection layer according to ZTV-E StB and TL SoB-StB) should be produced as part of this construction measure. The tree quarters should be filled with a suitable tree substrate. It should be noted that several columns can work in parallel or staggered behind each other in the construction site. It should also be considered that other companies may be working in the construction areas.
