Czechia – Heat-exchange units, air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment, and filtering machinery – Rámcová dohoda – Dodávky a servis chladícího zařízení na ČS

The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) between the contracting authority and several suppliers, where individual contracts will be awarded by means of a re-tendering process among the participants of the framework agreement in accordance with Section 132(3)(a) of the ZZVZ. The subject of the framework agreement, or the subject of the individual contracts awarded in accordance with and on the basis of the agreement, will be the provision of services consisting especially in:

- the supply of a new cooling or freezing unit at ČS (hereinafter referred to as the “unit”);

- the provision and performance of warranty service for cooling or freezing units for a period of 60 months from the date of acceptance of the unit by the contracting authority;

- the provision and performance of out-of-warranty service for the unit for a period of 60 months from the date of acceptance of the unit by the contracting authority; out-of-warranty service includes the supply of spare parts for the unit at the usual market price;

- the provision and performance of post-warranty service for the unit for a period of 72 months from the expiry of the warranty of the unit; post-warranty service includes the supply of spare parts for the unit at the usual market price;

- the provision and performance of post-warranty service for the existing cooling and freezing units of the contracting authority at ČS (hereinafter referred to as the “existing unit”) with a warranty period of 6 months from the date of service of the specific unit; post-warranty service for the existing unit includes the supply of spare parts for the unit at the usual market price.
