The subject of this tender procedure is: Supplies of reagents and consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of analysers (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease) for the Laboratory described in the Price-Product Form and Technical Parameters, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the Price-Product Form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The order is divided into 33 parts (packages). Within the framework of the subject procedure, the Buyer requires the lease of analysers (including workstations and other necessary equipment/equipment for the proper operation of the Laboratory) in accordance with the FAC.
