To fulfil its institutional tasks, considering the evolution of regulations and the constant increase in the number of members, the Fondo For.Te. must ensure the continuity of the development, maintenance and assistance services for the Information System and the services related to cloud hosting and the systematic management of the infrastructure. The contract therefore concerns the service of management, maintenance and specialist support for the management and evolution of the Fondo For.Te. Information System, including the following Lines of Service: i) Line of Service A – Information System Evolutive Maintenance Service (MEV); ii) Line of Service B – Information System Adaptive and Corrective Maintenance Service (MAC); iii) Line of Service C – Helpdesk Service; iv) Line of Service D – Hosting and systematic management of the infrastructure.
