Bulgaria – Electricity – „Избор на доставчик на нетна активна електрическа енергия, координатор на балансираща група за средно и ниско напрежение и администриране на разходите за пренос и достъп на електроенергия за нуждите на обекти на ГДЖСОБТ“

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy, a balancing group coordinator for medium and low voltage and the administration of transmission and access costs for the electricity for the needs of the objects of the General Directorate of the State Security and Border Police (ГДЖСОБТ). The subject of the procurement includes activities for the supply of net active electrical energy - medium and low voltage for the needs of the objects of ГДЖСОБТ – 17 measurement points, at freely agreed prices, in accordance with Articles 100-103 of the Energy Act (ЗЕ) and in accordance with the provisions of the Rules for Trading in Electricity (ПТЕЕ) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electricity (ПИКЕЕ), in accordance with the Energy Act. The main subject is determined in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ЗОП).
