The subject of the contract is the purchase of handling equipment, including adapters compatible with the relevant machine (hereinafter also referred to as "mechanisms" and "vehicles") intended for lifting and moving bulky loads in the vertical and horizontal plane in the required quantity. The delivery of the subject of the contract also includes the performance of all warranty inspections and controls of the mechanisms prescribed by the manufacturer, throughout the entire warranty period.
