Germany – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Heizungsarbeiten

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the contracting authority for a three-storey administrative building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Gross floor area: 2,053 m², net floor area (NRF): 2,637 m², gross floor area (GRF): 668 m², underground car park gross floor area: 1,136 m². The building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip foundations, reinforced concrete external walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling will be made of in-situ concrete. The upper floors, ground floor and first floor will be constructed using reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, steel system beams and prestressed hollow core slabs. The external walls are non-load-bearing and will be made of timber frame prefabricated wall elements. The set-back upper floor and the roof will consequently be built as timber structures. The services to be tendered comprise the heating works: 1. Heat generators and accessories; 2. Pipework; 3. Thermal insulation; 4. Radiators; 5. Underfloor heating; 6. Installation; 7. Screed and construction heating; 8. Site facilities and miscellaneous; 9. As-built drawings; 10. Hourly rate work; 11. Maintenance contract.
