The services are settled by lump sums. Rental and installation of temporary premises within the framework of the college's restructuring, which will take place in 4 phases of work: phase 1 demolition of the existing dormitory and the construction of the kitchen production part, phase 2 construction of the restaurant hall and R+1 premises, phase 3 reorganisation of the classrooms in the west part, phase 4 exterior arrangements. These buildings will group the premises necessary for the smooth operation of the college during the last 2 phases.
