Slovenia – Electricity – Izbira dobavitelja električne energije v občini Gorenja vas - Poljane za obdobje od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2029

The subject of the joint public procurement is carried out as a joint public procurement for the needs of the Municipality of Gorenja vas - Poljane, the Local Community of Gorenja vas, the Local Community of Poljane, the Local Community of Javorje, the Local Community of Sovodenj, the Local Community of Trebija, the Local Community of Lučine and the Institute Poljanska dolina (hereinafter collectively: contractors). The contractors have authorized the Municipality of Gorenja vas - Poljane (hereinafter: authorized contractor) to lead and carry out the procedure for the award of the public procurement on their behalf and for their account within the given authorizations. The public procurement is divided into eight (8) lots. Each lot represents the supply of electrical energy for the measuring points of each contractor. Each contractor will conclude an independent contract for the supply of electrical energy with the selected tenderer for their own lot. The subject of the public procurement is the successive supply of electrical energy for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 for the measuring points of the contractors included in the subject joint public procurement.
