The technical specification and the contractor's task definition presented below describe the required vessel. The vessel to be procured must be new. A vessel is considered new if it has not been put into use either in Hungary or abroad, and has not been used for demonstration or trial operation purposes. The successful tenderer's task, in connection with the present procurement, is to deliver the vessel to the place of completion, commission it, and train the operating crew. The vessel, which must be at least 6.5 metres in length and a maximum of 2.55 metres in width, must be suitable for carrying out measurement tasks under general weather conditions, and must meet the following requirements: 1. Provide a multi-hour working environment protected from the weather and with controlled temperature for one chief helmsman, one operator and one chief measurer 2. Provide appropriate placement for the measuring system elements (probe, processing unit, positioning unit, cables, control computer, monitors, etc.) operating on the vessel. 3. The vessel's propulsion must be provided by a petrol-powered outboard engine, which must have sufficient power to achieve the vessel's operating speed. 4. The vessel must be equipped with a crane with a minimum lifting capacity of 100 kg. 5. A trailer suitable for transporting the vessel.
