For the project Kunstraum Weiherhof - Demolition and the renovation with the establishment of catering, offices, artists' accommodation and studios, the following construction services are required:

Painting works approx. 3,350 m2 of painting works on wall and ceiling surfaces, internally including all necessary preparatory work

approx. 240 m2 of hydrophobic impregnation on concrete surfaces and concrete steps

approx. 500 m2 of lacquer coating on wooden ceilings

approx. 30 m2 of painting of steel sheet doors

approx. 285 m of painting of steel frames in various widths

approx. 100 m of painting of railings, internally

approx. 170 m of painting of wooden handrails, internally

approx. 12.5 m of coating of galvanised steel railings, externally

approx. 8 m of coating of wooden handrails, externally
