The management of training qualifications is a structuring subject for SNCF RESEAU, VOYAGEURS and SURETE. These qualifications, registered in the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) with France Compétences, enable the certification of employees' skills. They also determine access to significant funding while fitting into an increasingly demanding regulatory framework. The volumes involved are substantial, with major associated challenges:

- SNCF RESEAU: 5 qualifications, approximately 1,500 employees certified each year,

- SNCF VOYAGEURS: 1 qualification, approximately 1,000 employees certified each year,

- SNCF SURETE: 2 qualifications, approximately 100 employees certified each year.
