Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – TNW_FA_Schulstiftung der Diözese Regensburg_Generalsanierung und Weiterentwicklung Mittel- und Realschule Oberroning

The Diocesan School Foundation of Regensburg, a public-law ecclesiastical foundation, is implementing the comprehensive structural reorganisation of the Oberroning Secondary and Middle School. The school grounds consist of a historic monastery building and extensions from the 19th and 20th centuries. The former monastery and the 19th-century extensions are protected monuments. As part of the overall project, the 1970s school extension will be demolished and replaced by a new building. In parallel, the protected existing buildings will undergo partial general renovation and conversion for future school use. The subject of the contract are the services of site planning for outdoor facilities according to § 39 para. 3 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 No. 10.1 for phases 5 to 9 as well as additional special services. These are: - Taking over, expert examination and, if necessary, optimisation of the existing design and approval planning (phases 3 and 4) in terms of functionality, economy and costs, possibly with adjusted cost estimate. - If necessary, revision of the approval planning including creation and submission of a tectonic planning. - Cost estimates according to DIN 276, structured according to construction sections and tendering units. - Determination and documentation of the monument-related additional effort according to the official requirements and funding sections. - Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation periods (phase 9). - Creation of a complete inventory documentation including revision documents as well as preparation of maintenance and care instructions for the outdoor facilities.
