The retendering of "Contract for the supply of a production management system to nursing homes and MTO in Copenhagen Municipality" has been published with tender notice number 206996-2026. The contracting authority has solely updated Document H (Tender Conditions) to correct reference errors, and to update the timeline in section 4.3 of the document, so that it reflects the timeline for this tender.

The system shall support and assist the kitchens in planning and executing the daily food production, so that it meets the various requirements in this area.

The system is expected to be an essential tool that can create an overview, structure and smart solutions in a busy everyday life.

There is a big difference in the size of the kitchens and therefore also a difference in how many resources the individual kitchens have. Many kitchen staff also have limited IT skills. It is therefore important that the System is “smart,” user-friendly and intuitive to access, and that it can be accessed according to varying needs. By “smart” is meant, among other things, whether the System:

(1) can replace or suggest alternative Raw Materials in a Recipe, if an item is out of stock, or can provide suggestions for Menus according to the season;

(2) can keep itself updated regarding Raw Materials, prices, nutritional content;

(3) can update Data automatically and without manual operation.

The kitchens produce food for elderly citizens with full 24-hour care all year round, 365 days a year. The system therefore has a high criticality in terms of operational safety and any downtime, and there is therefore a need for problems and errors to be resolved quickly.

The contract is indefinite and runs until it is terminated or ceases in another way.
