This consultation aims to award a framework agreement for the supply of computer equipment, software solutions, cloud subscriptions and associated services. The framework agreement, consisting of three separate lots, is executed by issuing purchase orders as needed. The services are defined in the Technical Specifications Document (TSD). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the price schedule to the quantities actually carried out. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set for each lot. The total maximum amount of the framework agreement, all lots combined, is set at 2 800 000 euro(s) excl. VAT for its entire duration (including extension periods). The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification to the contractor (the date indicated in this notice is given as an indication). The framework agreement may be renewed three times for successive periods of one year. The total duration of the contract, including renewals, may not exceed 4 years. The estimated amounts in this notice are given as an indication and include all renewal periods.
