Germany – Architectural and related services – Objektplanung Pfarrkirche EBE

For the project EBE | Restoration of the Church of St. Sebastian, Ebersberg of the State Building Authority Rosenheim, it is intended to award the contract for the building design. The scope of the contract is the building design of buildings in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9. The following further specialist disciplines will be awarded separately and in parallel: structural design (§§ 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-6) and technical building services for plant groups 4 and 5 (§§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-9). Further services, such as building physics consultancy, restoration supervision, construction logistics and scaffolding statics, will be awarded separately.
