The subject of the procurement is the improvement of the existing or the establishment of a modern, centralised and scalable incident, request and communication management system within the Customs Administration, which will enable more efficient operational work of the Helpdesk service and improve the quality of user support. The quantity of the subject of the procurement is in accordance with Annex to the Procurement Documentation – Cost Estimate, which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation.
